Crooked Roads Ranch is a 668 +/- Acre live-water offering featuring over 6,800 ft of Cowhouse Creek in Hamilton County just a few miles north of Evant, Texas. This ridge wraps around the entirety of a coastal field overlooking Cowhouse Creek providing incredible views. There have been Indian artifacts found along the ridge as it was likely a great lookout point for Native Americans from times past.

VEGETATION: The eastern side of the property consists of primarily hardwood bottoms along the creek including pecans, elms, oaks, and cottonwoods as well as 95 +/- acres of fertile coastal fields. The western portion of the property sits atop a large plateau with dense oak cover and scattered cedars.

WILDLIFE: Crooked Roads Ranch is loaded with wildlife. Whitetail deer, turkey, dove, and pigs are plentiful. Waterfowl hunting on the creek can be good at times as well. Cowhouse creek is teeming with largemouth bass, catfish, and perch in the deeper stretches of water.
